Copy of the screen

Copy of the screen can be obtained with bitmap.writeJPEG(). It takes couple of seconds.

In case jpeg resolution is not enough bitmap can be obtained with bitmap.GetPixel() function. This bitmap is exact copy of every pixel of the screen, but it takes about 5 min for processing. The screen.raw file sholud be processes with readbmp.exe program (included to zip in the download section).

GetScreenJPG
Extract zip archive to the root of SD card. The folder structure shoud be: "SD:\Sony Reader\software\autorun.xml"
To get copy of the current page, insert card to the Reader, after short "busy" indicator you will see the same page. Press "5" after 1-2 seconds "Done; press MENU to exit" will appear. Press "menu" button. Remove card, there will be "screen.jpg" file on it.

GetScreenBMP
Extract zip archive to PC. Copy "Sony Reader" folder to the root folder of SD card. The folder structure shoud be: "SD:\Sony Reader\software\autorun.xml". To get copy of the current page, insert card to the Reader, after short "busy" indicator you will see the same page. Press "5" after ~5 minutes"Done press MENU to exit" will appear. Press "menu" button. Remove card, there will be "screen.raw" file on it.

Run "readbmp.exe". Press "start" button, browse to "screen.raw" file. As a result you will get "test.bmp" file at the same place.
